How Deployment Works for Out-of-Area Events

  2. Site assessment — For venues we have not worked before, we request detailed venue specs or schedule an advance site visit. We verify power, rigging points, load-in access, parking, and any venue-specific requirements.
  3. Proposal with logistics — Your proposal includes all equipment, crew, travel, transportation, accommodations, and per diem costs. One number, no surprises.
  4. Pre-production — Equipment is pulled, tested, packed, and loaded. Crew travel is booked. A logistics coordinator manages the timeline.
  5. Deployment — Our truck arrives at the venue during the load-in window. Crew arrives separately (or with the truck for nearby events). Setup proceeds according to the production schedule.
  6. Event execution — Full on-site technical crew for the duration of the event, just as if the event were in our backyard.
