Set your sound stage up for success with Audio-Technica’s BP4071L microphone. Being one of the longest shotgun mics on the market and its extremely narrow polar pattern make this mic excellent at long distance pickup in audio reproduction. This condenser microphone is well-suited to broadcasting, film/TV production, and theater sound reinforcement applications.
Broadcast-quality sound shines through in multiple elements of the BP4071L. Interference tube at 21.2 inches long delivers an extremely narrow and highly directional pickup pattern. This design allows the microphone to create crisp intelligible audio reproduction while rejecting ambient noise from the sides and rear of the mic. Direct-coupled balanced output keeps signal clean even in high-output environments. Switchable 10 dB pad lowers the microphone’s sensitivity, allowing the mic to withstand higher SPLs. Another switch for choosing between flat response or low-frequency roll off allows greater frequency control. Phantom power at 48V is required to operate this condenser microphone.
Take broadcast-quality sound with you wherever you go using the BP4071L. Structural-grade aluminum alloy makes the housing lightweight and durable. Accessories included help shift to the physical demand of different spaces, so the mic can be mounted to a mic stand, boompole, or camera-mount microphone holder. Design elements reproduce quality sound in environments with different demands of SPLs, ambient noise, and more.
