Yamaha EMX7 12-Channel Powered Mixer

The EMX7 mixer is powerful yet highly efficient with a power amplifier of 2x 710W. Power consumption may be low, but amps are capable of very high volume output and remain lightweight, contributing to the portable design. The EMX7 offers comprehensive effects, Flex 9 Graphic Equalizer, speaker preset, and a built-in feedback suppressor.

Unique to the EMX7 is the speaker processor function and Flex 9 Graphic Equalizer. The Speaker Processor function allows you to select a setting to match the particular speakers you’re using, with presets specifically tuned for Yamaha passive speaker models. Enabling this feature optimizes speaker performance, offers a bass boost for lower frequencies, and makes setup even faster. Flex9GEQ lets you select up to 9 bands out of 31 for fine-tuning ±15 dB.

Other connections can be used for monitoring systems, external effect devices, external recorders, and more.

A powerful and well-equipped DSP section provides 24 different effects similar to Yamaha’s renowned SPX effect processor. Use these for things like adding reverb and delay effects to imitate the sound of different performance spaces.
